We collect very little, we sell none of it, and nothing on these sites follows you around the internet. Here is what that means in practice.

Who we are

Innov8 Global Advisory runs www.i8gl.com, www.i8ga.com and www.i8gv.com - Labs, Advisory and Ventures - and is the controller for everything described here:

For people in Russia, the operator under Federal Law No. 152-FZ is our Russian company. Its name, address and registration numbers are on the Russian version of this page.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us.

• When you write to us. Most buttons on these sites open an email to one of our addresses. We keep the email and whatever is in it - usually a name, an address and a few lines about a company.
• When you book a call. Some pages link to our Zoom booking page, which takes the booking under Zoom's terms and passes us your name, your email and anything you add.
• When you ask for a one-pager. The form on the Intensive and Studio pages sends us your name, your email, your telephone and Telegram if you give them, a line about what you are working on if you write one, which one-pager you want and the moment you agreed to hear from us. A partner reads the request and sends the link from our own email.
• When a page loads. Our hosting provider records what every website receives, such as your IP address and browser, in order to deliver the page and keep the site up.

There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies for visitors. The fonts come from our own servers, so opening a page does not tell Google, or anyone else, that you were here.

Pages still under review sit behind a sign-in for the people reviewing them. Signing in sets one cookie that lasts eight hours. Nobody else is asked to sign in.

Why, and on what basis

We use what you send to answer you, to work out whether we can help, and to do the work if we go ahead. That is our legitimate interest in replying to a conversation you started or, once there is one, the contract between us. When you use the one-pager form, it is also the consent you tick there.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, put you on a mailing list you did not ask for, or train anything on it.

Who else touches it

Three services, one job each: Google carries our email, Netlify hosts the sites and keeps one-pager requests, and Zoom handles a call if you book one. Their servers are in the United States and elsewhere.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to take a copy, or to object to our holding it at all. One email to info@i8gl.com is enough. No form, no fee, no reason needed.

If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. We would rather hear it first.

Security, and its limits

The sites are served over HTTPS, and pages under review are closed to search engines and to anyone not signed in. Email itself is not end-to-end encrypted, so please send us nothing you would not put in an ordinary email.

Children

These sites are for founders, investors and companies. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. If the change affects something you have already sent us, we will write to you.
